Tomato Pasta Recipe

Ingredients for Tomato Pasta:
– A small handful of Italian pasta


– 200 grams of tomatoes or canned tomatoes


– Shrimp, to taste


– Squid rings, to taste


– 2 cloves of garlic


– Ground black pepper, to taste


– Salt, to taste



Method for preparing Tomato Pasta:


Step 1: Boil water, add a spoonful of salt, and throw in a small handful of pasta. Cook until soft, then set aside.


Step 2: Heat oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.


Step 3: Pan-fry shrimp and squid rings until they change color on both sides (I used ready-made shrimp and squid rings).


Step 4: Pour in canned tomatoes; if using fresh tomatoes, remove the skin and chop them before simmering for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.


Step 5: Directly add the freshly cooked pasta and mix well.


Step 6: Your dish is ready to be served.



Cooking Tips for Tomato Pasta:
