Ingredients for Curry Potato Pork Rice Topping: Rice, one bowl; House Food’s Original Curry, 2-3 blocks; Pork loin, 100g; Potato, 100g; Carrot, 50g; Celery, 50g; Onion, Ginger, Garlic, appropriate amount; Dry starch, black pepper, cooking wine, appropriate amount.
Method:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Select fresh pork loin, wash, remove tendons, and cut into pieces about 1 cm thick. Add appropriate black pepper, dry starch, and cooking wine to marinate for about 10 minutes. Cut the potatoes into pieces similar in size to the pork, and cut the carrots and celery slightly smaller. Chop the onions, ginger, and garlic. The curry used is House Food’s Original, which is convenient and delicious in block form.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
Step 3: Stir-fry the marinated pork pieces.
Step 4: Add potatoes and carrots, stir-fry until the pork pieces change color.
Step 5: Add sufficient water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes until the potatoes can be easily mashed with a spatula.
Step 6: Add 2-3 blocks of curry, which is approximately enough for three servings.
Step 7: Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the rich curry flavor emerges. Remove the onions, ginger, and garlic from the soup with chopsticks, as children generally do not like to eat them.
Step 8: Finally, add celery segments and bring to a boil before serving. The curry has a salty taste, so no additional salt is needed.
Step 9: Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, press it down with a spoon, invert it onto a plate, and pour the curry potato over it. Enjoy!
