Ingredients: Main ingredients include 2 slices of toast, 2 eggs, 1 slice of cheese, 1 banana, a little peanut butter, 50cc of fresh milk, half an avocado for avocado sauce, an appropriate amount of white pepper, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and an appropriate amount of black pepper.
Toast is put into the oven and baked to your preferred crispiness. Pour the eggs into 50cc of fresh milk. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and cook over low heat, continuously pushing the egg mixture towards the center. Add cheese and start to stir-fry to let the cheese melt and combine with the eggs. The scrambled eggs are now ready.
Add lemon juice, a little white pepper, and black pepper to the avocado and mix well. After spreading the avocado sauce, top it with the fragrant scrambled eggs. Slice the banana and lay it on the toast spread with peanut butter. Your high-energy breakfast is complete!
