Ingredients: 2 chicken leg steaks, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 110g lemon juice, 5 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 10g sea salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 10g basil leaves, 10g rosemary, 50g mint leaves, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon nuts.
Combine smoked paprika, 100g lemon juice, 5g sea salt, ground black pepper, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and ground nutmeg to make a marinade. Apply this mixture evenly onto the chicken leg steaks, then add 10g of mint leaves and rosemary. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
