How to Make Corn Pancakes

Ingredients for Corn Pancakes:
– 300g corn kernels


– 40g corn starch


– An appropriate amount of white granulated sugar


– An appropriate amount of oil



Instructions for Making Corn Pancakes:


Step 1: Peel the corn kernels from fresh corn and rinse them thoroughly with water.


Step 2: Boil water in a pot, add the corn kernels and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they are cooked.


Step 3: Remove the cooked corn kernels and place them in a bowl (do not drain the water too dry, otherwise the corn starch will not coat the corn kernels evenly in the next step).


Step 4: Pour the corn starch over the cooked corn kernels and mix well.


Step 5: Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot.


Step 6: Pour in the corn kernels, spread them evenly with a spatula, and fry on low heat for 3 minutes (do not stir the corn kernels).


Step 7: Pour in more oil, ensuring the oil covers the corn kernels, fry on medium-low heat for 3 more minutes, turn off the heat, pour out the excess oil, and sprinkle some white granulated sugar.


Step 8: Enjoy your corn pancakes!
