Refreshing Cold Noodle Dish with Apple and Beef

Ingredients for the Cold Noodle Dish: 2 packs of cold noodles (approximately 200 grams), half an apple, 6 slices of beef in soy sauce, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato, 2 seasoning packets, half a cucumber.
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients (for two servings) – slice the tomato, New Zealand Queen Red Rose apple, beef in soy sauce, shred the cucumber, and boil the eggs for later use.

Step 2: The New Zealand Queen Red Rose apple has a bright red color, round shape, and is crisp, sweet, and delicious.

Step 3: Soak the cold noodles in a basin of cold water for a while and separate them by hand.

Step 4: Boil water in a pot, and when it’s boiling, add the cold noodles and cook for one minute.

Step 5: Place one seasoning packet in a bowl, or you can make your own. Add the boiled cold noodles (rinse the noodles several times with cold water). The chewiness of the cold noodles depends on rinsing with cold water.

Step 6: Top with shredded cucumber, tomato slices, boiled eggs, beef in soy sauce, and slices of New Zealand Queen Red Rose apple. For those who like spicy food, add chili oil and pickled cabbage as desired. The refreshing cold noodles are ready for summer, and for an even cooler experience, add a few ice cubes.

Step 7: Enjoy this delicious and refreshing cold noodle dish to add a touch of comfort and coolness to your summer!
