Sauerkraut Shredded Pork Noodle Recipe

Ingredients for Sauerkraut Shredded Pork Noodles: Noodles, Sauerkraut, Shredded Pork, Light Soy Sauce, Salt, Green Pepper, Small Red Pepper, Pickled Pepper.
Method:


Step 1: Shred sauerkraut, shred meat, mince garlic, and cut the small red pepper, pickled pepper, and green pepper into rings.


Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, fry minced garlic, small red pepper, green pepper, and pickled pepper until fragrant.


Step 3: Stir-fry the shredded pork until it changes color, then add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce for seasoning.


Step 4: Add sauerkraut and stir-fry evenly.


Step 5: Add an appropriate amount of water to boil, add a little salt, mix well, and cook briefly, then serve as the soup base.


Step 6: Boil water in a pot, cook noodles until done, remove and place in the prepared soup base.
